## Cape & Island Kitchens

New logo and website for a well-established kitchen & bathroom remodeling firm.

The Challenge

Cape & Island Kitchens has been in business for 35 years, has 50+ employees, and offers full-service remodeling for kitchens, bathrooms, cabinetry, and custom closets.

But you'd never know it from their outdated website.

In the word of founder Joe Cheney, "Our website made us look like a small-time operation."

We set out to rebrand this organization with a look that reflects the level of craftsmanship they deliver, and a website that showcases the full range of services they provide.

Our Solution

## A brand and website that match the company.

Cape & Island Kitchens needed a website that actually reflected the size and scope of the business.

We started with the brand. A new logo and identity system gave the company a consistent visual foundation to carry across fleet graphics, apparel, business cards, and every other place the name appears.

We then rebuilt the website on Craft CMS, migrating off an unmanaged WordPress site and designed to showcase the full range of work the firm actually does, the size of the organization, and the geographic footprint of the markets they serve.

The result reaches two audiences at once. Homeowners planning significant projects can now see the depth of the team and the breadth of the portfolio. So can the tradespeople that subcontract them as a vendor that provides full-service cabinetry solutions.

### Brand Design

We designed a new logo and identity system built to work everywhere the company shows up. Consistent application across fleet graphics, apparel, business cards, signage, and digital gives a 50-person firm the cohesive presence it had been operating without.

### Custom Website

We migrated Cape & Islands Kitchens off an unmanaged WordPress site and rebuilt on Craft CMS. The new site includes a filterable project gallery, staff profiles organized by department, dedicated service pages, and Buildertrend integration connecting the site to the systems the team already runs projects on.

### SEO & GEO Strategy

We built landing pages for each service and service area, launched a Resources section that answers the questions homeowners ask early in a project, and implemented proper schema markup. The strategy targets both traditional search and AI-generated answers, where competitors have no presence.

## Our outdated website made us look like a small-time operation.

Now we’re attracting more ideal clients and employees who want to work with a full-service, professional company.

Chris is very impressive. He’s at the top of his field. His process is upfront and transparent. Like us, he’s focused on building long-term relationships.
